London Travel Cards | Terms and Conditions
HOW TO ORDER
You may book any of our services by phone, mail or fax, or on our website. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is processed. Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo are accepted as well as payments by cheques with a valid banker's card number.
Full payment of goods must be made before departure. Once you have given your credit card number to the agent or processed your credit card through our secured payment portal, it is on the understanding that you wish to go ahead and pay for the booking. The full sum debited will be given to you and if time allows according to the closeness of your departure, services vouchers or tickets will be sent by Royal Mail or courier accordingly. Deposits are not required.
Once you have made your purchase, the prices cannot be changed. Your payment is redirected via a secure website and therefore safe.
WEBSITE AND PRICE ACCURACY
Whilst we make every effort for the description of our products to be accurate, information and prices may be amended because of changes made by suppliers, currency fluctuation or error. Prices will not be increased if you have already made a purchase but we do reserve the right to increase or reduce prices before you make your purchase.
DELIVERY IN UK
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from receipt of order. A postage fee will be applied to every order. If your order contains London Travelcard tickets your order will be sent by Special delivery. If your order is below £49 and contains London Travelcard vouchers, Airport express tickets or Attraction vouchers, you will also be given the option of a 1st class delivery at £2.50. Note: you also have the opportunity to have your items sent by special delivery for items under £ 49. Should you wish not to choose the Special Delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the possible non arrival of the tickets. Should you have chosen the £ 2.50 option and the tickets do not arrive, you can purchase the same tickets on arrival in London and let us have your used tickets and receipts for refund. We will not send tickets a second time as we will always have sent them in good faith by 1st class post.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 working hours from receipt of order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure, which is a fast, tracked international service available to 30 countries mainly in Europe. For all other countries tickets will be sent by International courier. Prices to your country will be displayed before you check out. We will not send tickets a second time as we will always have sent them in good faith by international trackable post or courrier.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you have a complaint at any of the venue we represent you must tell the supplier immediately. We only act as agents for the venue and cannot be held responsible should there be any problems arising during your visit. We will however try our best to resolve any issues you may have.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Postage fees and the 2% credit card charge will be retained whatever the cancellation. No compensation nor refund will be paid in the event of Force Majeure - strike, industrial dispute, riot, terrorist activity, natural disaster or adverse conditions or any reason beyond our control.
London Travel Card Vouchers/London airport transfers
Refundable if unused, unmarked and in perfect condition. These items must be returned to us by registered mail only. There will be no refund on partially used tickets under any circumstances "inc. strikes". An administration fee of £ 5 will be retained for all returned or cancelled tickets (one charge per order).
London Travel Card Tickets
Any tickets for refund must be received in our offices no later than 15 days after the end date on the ticket. Tickets received after this date cannot be refunded. Cancellation and admin charges apply to all forms of Travelcard Tickets and Vouchers as follows:- A London Travelcard Ticket will incur an administration fee of £10 per transaction (up to 4 people) which will be applied. Any additional passengers will be charged at £2.50 per person.Please note in the case of London Travelcard Tickets we have to apply to Transport for London for the refund who have a detailed process which includes checking non-use of tickets etc. This takes time so any Refund cannot be made by us until TfL have completed that process and refunded us.
London attractions
The vouchers for the attractions are exchangeable on site for the actual tickets. Should you not use your voucher, you can request a refund which will be given to you providing the voucher is in perfect condition. It must not be marked nor creased. An administration fee of £ 3 will be retained for all returned vouchers (one charge per order). No reimbursement, even partial is refundable to any client who voluntarily discontinues a tour.
London Pass
The London Pass will be supplied in voucher format and the pass itself needs to be collected at a point of exchange in London. This will be clearly indicated on your voucher. Once you have collected your London Pass this cannot be returned for refund. The voucher however, before collection of the London Pass, can be returned for refund. The voucher must be in excellent condition. An administration fee of £ 3 will be retained for all returned or cancelled passes (one charge per order).
INSURANCE
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP. OUR CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL STAND WHATEVER YOUR REASONS FOR CANCELLING
